Coaching programmes for Triathlon, Swim, Swimrun and Confidence

Every coaching relationship is unique, focused on the needs, ambitions and circumstances of each person who comes to ZigZag Alive for coaching.  In general, though, there are three different ways of working that seem to suit most people of all abilities and provide a structure for working together.

Each year we take on a limited number of people on the basis of a twelve month commitment to work closely together, targeting whatever spread of challenges lie ahead and adapting as needed and the year progresses.

We also work with those who come wanting to peak for one specific, single event.  We map out a plan, focus on any specifics and support them all the way through, to be in the very best possible condition for their big day.

And we welcome people who come for one-off or short term help, looking to learn or improve a particular skill such as swimming or running technique.  Our aim is to give enough guidance for you to progress, excited about what you can do.
